I don't know what I expected going into this book, but it was certainly different from my expectations. I, of course, am a fan of Misha from Supernatural and just overall like his vibe and the work that he does for humanity through GISH and just his demeanor. Therefore, I decided to pick this book up purely out of fan support and I thoroughly enjoyed it!
I think I was shocked to see how many morose poems were featured, which did dull a bit of that positive persona that I carried around about Misha, but that's not a bad thing. People are ambiguous and experience all sorts of emotions that are not portrayed via social media. It's hard to let go of a version of a person that you hold in your head, but I also think it's great to express vulnerability in the forms of words and books so I appreciate it. It was something I think a lot of us have to come to terms with, with people who we think that we know.
I was also a bit surprised by how passionate but also cruel some of the poems felt as well. In the same feelings as above, I was surprised but happy to see something other than a neutral tone and happy memories being written.
If you're looking for something real and seemingly unfiltered, this is it. If you're looking for roses only, go elsewhere. This was fascinating and lovely.

"Walking around the car, I make my own wish
That I won't wake up someday and wonder where my life went,
That I will somehow find my way to happiness."
I waited for months to have this book in my hands and even longer to finally read it. Took it long enough to find a way to me but it was absolutely worth it. I can't describe how happy and excited I am to finally be able to read it and learn about the untold. About the things that Misha himself couldn't tell us earlier. I'm very proud of him for doing that now.
