You can imagine that the whole book will be crazy, combined with an intensity that will make your hair stand on end, from the very first pages. It has become this book just like a Netflix series that you start one afternoon and finish in a few hours. Completely devourable.

The Insiders tells the story of a smart girl, full of difficulties in her life, who finally gets her dream life when one moment her life's in danger and the next she is meeting her inspiration. She now has a new identity and has to live under the protection of a technology tycoon and in the care of a handsome young man who can melt you with just one look. While the tycoon's children hover around her.

Bailey has to learn who she can trust and keep Kash from breaking down her barriers to sneak into her being. A 007 style story, with a touch of sauciness, a mystery to solve, a thousand looks to hide from, and the adventure of a lifetime. Bailey must protect herself and her heart.

Every moment is an adrenaline rush that thrills you to such a degree that you can't stop. This is a Tijan trilogy worth knowing. The atmosphere is so dark that every moment the flame sparks to life, it sets the whole place on fire.

The one thing though that I have come to expect with Tijan books is they will be filled with angst.
I read this book in one day, basically one sitting, the mystery storyline was intriguing but Bailey and Kash relationship was highlight.

The story is a hot mess.
I don't know what the point of this story is.
The so-called romance between the two characters is unbelievable, awkward and happened out of thin air.
The writing is haphazard.

This is a complicated review for me.
I was eager to turn every page. I was invested in the story. I couldn’t wait to find out what was going on and who could be trusted.
-Bailey is interesting, I had a bit of trouble connecting with her character, yet I was enjoying the story.
I love that she’s really smart and has a photographic memory. Her computer skills are another interesting part of the story.
-Kash is a character that I don’t know if he’s trustworthy, I’m not sure of his intentions.
He seems to genuinely care, he also definitely has secrets!
He’s really alpha and super hot! He’s definitely swoony!
-I liked the unknowns and the mystery.
I didn’t love the insta-lust.
I would have liked more of a deep connection that I understood.
I know it’s a trilogy so I’m hopeful that in the coming books that will not be an issue.
At times I was a bit lost and confused. Could be just me. It seemed a little abrupt at times.
-I like the secondary characters and think they add a lot to the story in many ways.
Overall, I enjoyed it and I’m looking forward to the next two books!

I've always wanted to read a book by Tijan and I can't really pinpoint what prevented me to do so.
So this time I finally took the chance and dove in, because this intriguing and promising blurb simply caught me right away.

And from what I heard, that Tijan has the gift to keep her readers in the right place and throws us/them into breathtaking adventures, I now can happily confirm, that all this is true.
Crazy twists and turn of events kept my mind spinning. The secrets and hidden truths are absolutely thrilling and captivating.

The characters?
Kash is the perfect mysterious bad boy you can’t help but fall for.
Bailey is a quirky and smart heroine, I can't help but to adore.
Secondary characters who add an extra layer to the storyline.

The only thing I wished for was if it had been made more clearly that this is going to be a trilogy. So, the cliffhanger at the end took me a little by surprise.

Otherwise I have to say that this was a very enjoyable read and not a bad start to dive into Tijan's world of words. If you are looking for a new adult romance with alpha heroes, an intense plot with secrets and lies, this is definitely a book you should read!

Tijan starts off with a girl being kidnapped right from her room...OMG...this book starts off with a bang!

Through Bailey, we go through the ups and down of a girl who is uprooted from a normal life, while yes, she has a photographic memory, she was just a normal girl. In one night she learns she has a billionaire father and family, her life is on the line, and the rich life is nothing like TMZ makes it out to be.

There is a lot to unpack within this first book of a new trilogy by Tijan, but with that said, it's also a slower paced book, most likely because of the three book overall span.  There is mystery, romance, and drama all contained within this new adventure and I'm really excited to see where the storyline is headed.

After Bailey is kidnapped which then forces a myriad of events to unfold in her life, ones she's dreamed about since she was a little girl; meeting her father (whom she thought was an entirely different man and deceased), her half siblings (ones she didn't know she was related to, but due to their fame she actually knew existed), and then ultimately her stepmother (who is supremely cold to her for a multitude of reasons).

The only man she finds strange comfort in is Kash who is mysterious through most of the book in his protective, broody, and over the top ways. Bailey can't place why she feels the need to turn to him, even when he's being so secretive all the time. Bailey is surrounded by all of these new family members, guards, and staff, but Kash is the one who continually comes to her rescue time and again, so if nothing else he does seem to care, but there is also this underlying wonder if he's really doing it for her own welfare, could there be another purpose?

Bailey's siblings, especially the oldest, Matt, is a swinging pendulum of tugging emotions. It's hard to say where on the spectrum to place his loyalty or his true feelings throughout the book. You definitely get the feeling that he's had a tough time as not only the eldest child, but that he too has a tough time with the stepmother, Quinn. That's right, Matt is also a half sibling of the younger siblings living under the roof, so why was he raised in alongside his father and Bailey wasn't?

There are a lot of mysteries surrounding Bailey's upbringing, her genius and memory, and the man she's falling in love with. We only begin to uncover a portion of what's happening at the Francis estate in this first book.

I absolutely loved this story from Tijan once I started reading I couldn't get enough of it. I've always loved Tijan's stories she has such a way of making you feel what the heroine of her books are going through and this book wasn't any different.
Imagine if you were woke up in the middle of the night by someone telling you your about to be kidnapped by a group calling themselves Arcane and then your whisked away to a world your simple thrust into. That's where Bailey finds herself as her world is turned upside down that one fateful night as she finds herself being wisked away to her fathers estate a father she knew nothing about.
Kashton Colello is one tall, dark and definitely delicious man and so very deadly he's been giving the task of watching over her since the attack Bailey takes once look at him and feels this spark between them and it looks like he's feeling it to. There's more to this story a whole lot more but I'm not going to give it away. All I can say it when I started reading it I couldn't stop I wanted more.
This is Bk1 and does end on a cliffy, but don't let that stop you from one clicking it now. I know I can't wait for Bk2.

Mama Mia, that was quite a tale to tell. I'm still reeling from the final nail in the coffin. Some visitors just shouldn't bother!

Holy hotness everyone!!! Kash is maxed out on everything!!! If I were to rate him as a credit card, he'd be the titanium black Amex card but only because I have no idea what the next level is!!!! No limits ever. Kash is the kind of man you will literally have to wipe the drool off of yourself upon meeting. It gets worse!!!

Once you get to know the mysterious and (bites fist in horny delight) absolutely irresistible man, all bets are off. Panting like a dog in heat when he enters a scene should be proof that Tijan took it too far but nope. That is the magnetic field that surrounds Kash.

I would say Kash is Cole and Mason on a vengeful path. I am absolutely sure that if Tijan printed his shopping list, it would be lucrative.  (FANS SELF)

The Insiders is a fun and steamy escape. It is very Cinderella with a whole lot of dark underbelly. Rags to riches with a threat of more.

Please, oh please tell me there will be more!!!?!?!?!?!?!?
