After a failed kidnapping attempt Bailey finds out she is the daughter of tech mogul and is brought to his palatial estate to be watched. The man who saved her and is currently on her detail Kash is not only extremely attractive, she is living in his house! No one except him and her father know the real reason she is at the estate. She has to hide her true identity all the while knowing the people she is interacting with are actually her siblings. Can she stay safe inside her fathers estate or is there a breach from within? You'll have to read to find out!

Woooooooow this book was AMAZING! I've wanted to read a Tijan book for so long and when I saw this pop up on Netgalley I had to get it! They categorized this as a romance but I'd also be pressed to mark it thriller/mystery. There was so many twists and turns and in the best way possible! I couldn't put the book down. I finished it in under 24 hours. Bailey is so funny and relatable. Kash is so sexy and mysterious. The secondary characters are also interesting and quirky in their own unique way. The chemistry in this book is great and the writing is fantastic. I could totally see this becoming a CW series or a popular movie. I CANNOT WAIT for the next 2 books!!

Thanks Netgalley for the ARC in return for an honest review.

Do you ever get a vibe from a book and then you read it and it's not what you were expecting?

Well, that's what happened to me with The Insiders, this book was so much BETTER than I thought it was going to be.

The Insiders follows Bailey, super tech genius with a photographic memory. Daughter of a single mother and has never met her father. Her entire life changes the night a group of men break into her home to kidnap her, hoping to use her against her father. Thanks to a nosy neighbor, they are unsuccessful. That night she meets Kashton Colello, an associate of her father's and has to make the decision to go into hiding until the threat passes.

We watch through Bailey's eyes as she gets to know her siblings, who don't know who she is. Cheating, betrayal, lying, and secrets, this book has it all.

This story was well written, sexy and exciting. The characters seem like real people and Bailey's undiagnosed PTSD was portrayed in a really realistic way, I actually felt her panic like it was happening to me. there were a few plot holes, that I know can't remember what they were (I have GOT to start using the notes feature on my Kindle), so clearly they weren't all that important to the overall story.

I'm really glad I got to read this book, it was very enjoyable.

*Thank you to the publisher for this eARC.
