Decent short story that shows Shanti back as a child training with her grandfather and how Rohnan became her adopted brother.

This is where it all began, where we take a look at the world, the lies the jealousy, the events, the horrors that made Shanti what she is today. A young girl who was never allowed to be a child, a child brought up to be a weapon, a child who has had more loss than love in her life, a child that lost it all. But she has a gift that no one else has seen, a gift that she must learn to control, a gift that could be used by evil.

Loved it, but it was waaaaay to short. I need more of little Shanti!!
