Such a perfectly executed thriller novel! I love it, GOSH. I felt horrible and sick about most parts, but what a brilliant read!!! I've been reading trash thriller books for so long that this one feels surreal, It's just a brilliant unfolding of all plot twists with God knows how many unreliable narrators, a full family of it, so 5 of them. I read some critiques that Walter's crimes were glossed over, etc; I don't think so. I don't remember reading anyone mourning over him except his daughters, who were also unreliable narrators, so there's that.

This book issa perfect pack of pedo, alcoholic, sociopath, psychopath, and narcissist. And the gradual execution of this dark plot was just GORGEOUS!!

I loved it, so glad it's my first read of Lisa Jewell's writing. I wish that box full of all her books magically appears at my doorstep. \(๑╹◡╹๑)ノ♬

The production and level of emotion the narrators performed in this audiobook made the book more engaging and enjoyable than if I read this physically/digitally. I don’t really see where the plot twist is since the title is literally called “None of This is True.”

I thought this was a thrilling story to follow along, even though none of the characters could be described as likeable.
Josie is crazy, Walter is a straight pedophile so I didn’t really care about his death, Roxy was a nightmare, Erin was a victim, and Alix sadly got wrapped into all of this. I didn’t trust Nathan being the perfectly loyal husband and loving father that he was made out to be at the end of the story, but I didn’t think he had to die either.

The whole cast really just needs therapy.

This book gripped and held on to you from start to finish. My favorite part I must say was the format. Every time it described the segments for the Netflix documentary and I absolutely loved it!! This book was all the hype I heard about!

This was a solid read. I flew through it, I was super drawn in by Josie and Alix’s stories. I’m not sure I loved the documentary film writing style; it definitely added tension and drama to the story, but the format just wasn’t as exciting to read. The title intrigued me from the beginning and I kept considering it throughout the story, and I loved the final twist at the very end of the book.

This book was phenomenal!! My jaw little dropped at the end. I actually had to rewind the audiobook to make sure I understood some things right. So wild! So good!! Highly recommend.
