I have a lot of thoughts. I don’t read thrillers so I’m probably not the target audience but for the first 75% I was obsessed with this - but the ending just didn’t really do it for me?

There was something kind of gross about the way both of their husbands were basically exonerated for their terrible behaviour just because they died?

Hated every character but think that was the point. I think this was well written and super engaging but just didn’t love the outcome.

Not sure what I want to say about this book. I found it interesting and it made me want to keep with it. However, I found it predictable and easily seen as your read. 

Even the title gives away the ending in a way. Nothing anyone in the Fair family says seems to be true. Foreshadowing by title is a new one for me.

I didn’t hate reading it, but wasn’t very impressed overall. Just need a better ending imo.

4.25 stars. So interesting and kept me on my toes throughout the whole book. I love that you leave the book still not sure what the truth is. I honestly couldn’t put it down.

While I only gave it 3 stars, it is a fun enough experience with the audiobook; it's fully acted out and feels like a real true crime podcast at times. I found it a tad predictable, and outlandish at times, but that can be fun.
