Wow, I didn't think the second book could be any better than the first but it was! She is adamant and driven to find out who killed her sister, she'  had to become more conniving in her search which is a dangerous game in hell.

I don't know what editor or publisher told Kerri Maniscalco that ending was okay because it was everything but okay.

Kerri Maniscalco knows how to write a plot. I was intrigued throughout the whole book, and while I predicted some of the plot twists, I didn't predict all of them. The story is constantly moving forward. I love how some things come together at the end and the new questions presented. The relationship between Wrath and Emilia also stood out in this book. It's definitely more new adult than young adult than the last book. There's more romance in this book, but I thought there was a perfect balance between relationship development and plot development in this book. This is definitely turning out to be one of my all-time favorite fantasy series, and I can't wait for the next book!
