Book 7 of Nancy Drew Mysteries finaly introduce Ned Nickerson--huzzah! As in the video games I've played, he is the epitomy of "true nice guy". While I do prefer more gritty romance characters, this book as with the last few has just a general sense of relaxing and lighthearted mysteries while touching on things like mail order thefts and fraud that I'm enjoying going through and using these as my pallette cleansers when I need them.

A solid missing-person mystery related to helping a family in need. As an added bonus, we meet Ned Nickerson for the very first time, and he likes mystery just as much as Nancy!
omg i had no idea they actually wrote nancy and ned's first meeting, i assumed he was just suddenly part of the story, i loved to see it
I read this again because it had been a long time and I did not remember anything that happened in it. It was fabulous. Nancy is fantastic, I love her. She is such a good person, it's ridiculous. Visiting the home for disabled children, assisting an impoverished family, locking up the bad guys and clearing the innocent. Nancy Drew is a saint. Three cheers for Ned Nickerson's first appearance! Hoorah! Hoorah! Hoorah!
