If you are trying to collect data on it, I did finish the book entirely.

The first half was good but the second half seemed like generic statistical book filler.

An interesting look into the insights that search data and additional free and easily accessible data gives us. I feel that the author tries a bit too hard to find something shocking by looking into Pornhub data but still interesting all in all.

Solid intro to the promise and pitfalls of Data Science

Funny, insightful, intelligent. Everybody Lies is a great way to think through just what Big Data can tell us about society and human life.

Big data told him to keep the book relatively short
informative lighthearted medium-paced
informative fast-paced

fun read which may take a few too many liberties on google trend data. Still, quite interesting

"Mind-blowing" is the only way to describe this book. It's been a while since I've been so captivated by something so seemingly "nerdy." The insights into human behavior, especially the sections on sex and racism, are eye-opening. The exploration of what people search for online reveals so much about who we really are. If you have even a passing interest in understanding human behavior, this book is an absolute must-read.

Eye opening
