Still don't know how to feel about Sally Rooney's books. I'm still trying to understand the point of this story, but one thing I know for sure. Frances and Nick were insufferable.

There are four characters in this book , Frances, Bobbi, Nick and Melissa. What happens when Frances and Nick fall in love even tough Nick is married to Melissa.

More than an ordinary love story, this is a political declaration , about intimacy, infidelity and the consequences of falling in love.

Sally Rooney's timely humour makes this cleverly written debut one of the great books about relationship. She is an amazing talent and hope to see more of her work in the future.

I found every character to be generally pretty unlikable. But the writing is so astonishingly good I could hardly put the book down. Not sure what it is about Rooney’s writing, but it feels so authentic. Pretty amazing
