i loved this so much ! i listened to the audiobook read by rachel macadams and it was perfect, it was read so beautifully and i do love macadams’ soft voice. the story was beautiful and full of childlike wonder and drama at the smallest things in the world. it was a breath of fresh air and just such a happy, comforting read.

Read it in one go and immediately burst into tears. Sobbed like a baby for a right long time. This was a reread, mind you, but I never quite clicked with Anne in my childhood as I did now, in my twenties. What a tender, wonderful book.

Wróciłam do tej książki (wciąż stare tłumaczenie) i stwierdzam, że dużo lepiej to do mnie trafiło niż gdy czytałam to jako lekturę w podstawówce. Jako dziecko tej historii aż tak nie doceniłam. Chciałam fantastyki a nie obyczajówek. Dzisiaj czułam niesamowitą nostalgię czytając o przygodach Ani. Sama bohaterka też wydała mi się bardziej "przyjazna". Choć wolałabym by nie mówiła wszystkiego co myśli, to doceniam jej indywidualność, oryginalność i jej wybujają wyobraźnię. Miałam cały czas bardzo dobry humor i nie raz wybuchłam śmiechem.
