These lady's have a way of making you love, the wicked, cruel, and darkness in their characters. You cant help but be in their side and love what makes them bad. Of course this book has more secrets lurking in the shadows and the threat to their lifes is far from over. The pirate queen does not disappoint in being everything a pirate queen should be, strong, sneaky, and resilient. Lazarus is really put to the test with having to take a back seat and let someone else handle things. As for Quinn she just cant seem to keep herself out of trouble especially with a fiery redhead push her buttons. Last but not least the lady cant tie it in a nice bow for you it has to stop right in the middle of something because they are just as wicked as their characters 😉

This book was even better than the first one. The way the author gave us more background information on both Lazarus and Quinn was perfect not too much not too little and the way that she delivered it was perfect as well. I also really love that we got more time with the side characters and I hope that continues on in the next book. The sexual tension between Lazarus and Quinn is amazing and I am so here for it and I cannot wait to see how that is going to develop further in the next book as well.

I don't know how much of this book was truly necessary but I enjoyed the continued world building and further getting to know the MC’s and their allies. On to the next.
