I loved this book, thought it was hilarious. Very much looking forward to the author's next. I do hope Yulric and Simon are in it, though.
I listened to the audibook version of this, and I didn't love the narrator. But, I found a lot to like about the story itself. Dry humor, likable characters, and an engaging plot. This was a fun and entertaining read.

This book was funny. I kept chuckling and was thoroughly amused the entire way throughthrough. I enjoyed the plot and how the tv show in the story played a role.
My only criticism is that I wish the characters were fleshed out more, especially the characters who suddenly turn up in the final 1/4 of the book. I wanted to know more. My other slight critism is how often the author talks about women's physically beauty, especially the attention to their chest, yet wouldn't write the male characters the same way. I personally didn't like that.
But this was great, funny, enjoyable, I loved the vampire fighting and the violence was just right for me!

I've read Fat Vampire, which is a similar thought to this book, that vampires don't actually or aren't actually all beautiful.
