The twist ending was a little predictable, but what came after the twist ending was absolutely unnecessary. Pretty ridiculous. Everyone knows satan doesn't have 7 er 17 dicks. Seriously. You could go through life happy that you didn't read the ending.
Besides that, I don't know if it's a story people should really invest any of their time in.

Some might claim "cliché", but it's very well written and I loved the art work. The way the plot twists along the narrative in a fluid way is fantastic, and we are given a couple of clues throughout.

Eerie and offputting, with some painfully obvious names (to this ex-Catholic dabbler in comparative religion) and some religious philosophies that rubbed me the wrong way. I was curious to continue the series, but this was the only one published.

My husband requested that I read this comic books series. While the idea of Jesus in a more modern time is interesting, the religious person that I am takes issue with the depiction, as the character they portray as being Jesus doesn’t fit with who he was. However, I’ll probably read the next issue, to see where the plot goes as things were really just getting started at the end of the first issue.
