Literally the FMC gets raped/sexually assaulted by knifepoint by the love interests at the beginning of the story. There's also no trigger list provided within the book so I was completely blindsided. Very disappointing and upsetting.

I was left speechless.
This entire book was so unhinged. I had to keep reading because you just dont know what they were going to throw you into next. And I wanted to see how it ends.
Most of the book was pretty much spice and I do mean very extra spicy.
Also learning Penelope's background later towards the end of the book, makes me annoyed that she was as weak as she was. Yes she was feisty and rebellious but why did she have all those knives and know no moves on how to use them better?
Since these are all stand alone books, I will probably skip the next one and move on to Vile Boys. Though I want to know Lana's story, I am not fond of Kai and Nathan so I won't enjoy their characters in Lana's story because they seem to play 2 of the 3 MMCs. But I will see after I finish all the others if I do decide to go back and read Evil Boys

I enjoyed this book. It wasn't 5 stars by any means but it was definitely an enjoyable read none the less. I will be reading more of this series at some point.
