wtf? I found these tales had tones of transphobia and a distain for those who are non-binary, whenever takes recount the adventures of parents who had children that ressembler oysters, robots, anchors, melons, etc., it was accepted the parents would reject them, that these children would not be accepted by other children, and that their demise was not something to grieve. 

Intent is irrelevant. The author has written stories that are open to interpretation. I didn't find them funny, or well written
