I was hooked in the beginning and liked Sloan even though she was supposed to be unlikeable with all her lying. There's a second POV in the middle and it reminded me of a couple popular thrillers so I thought I knew the plot twist. There was another plot twist but I figured it out right before the character did. This is not a bad book, just predictable and the ending was okay. There were a lot of things that were very convenient. I think if you don't read a lot of thrillers you would enjoy this more. I think it's a good beginning thriller. This was the author's debut novel, I would check out her work in the future.

Good and entertainingā¦ although the ending bothered me a bit with it being a little too unrealistic. I liked the multiple perspectives and the way the story was woven together with a few unexpected twists.

It was giving creepy and single white female vibes early on. I was enjoying it and thought I knew how it was going to play out. I was pleasantly surprised to be completely wrong.
Multiple POVs but broken up into parts rather than a back and forth. excellent choice by the author š added so much to the story that way.
