Another total HIT by Michele Assarasakorn and Nathan Fairbairn! LOVE love love all the characters, their friendship and family struggles, and the real-life, mature ways that the girls handle any issues that come up.
I also love all the local BC

This is a great follow up to the first book! The girls have mostly settled into a good rhythm, but now they face new challenges to their friendship and even their way of life. The artwork is still adorable, the characters fun, and the story solid. I highly recommend this and can't wait to read the next book in the series!

This was a super cute book and I really enjoyed seeing the PAWS's squad again. This story focuses mainly on Mindy and what happens in her life. Mindy and her mom live on their own and they are just great. One day on an outing with her mom, they run into a neighbor walking his cat! Mindy goes crazy for the kitty and sparks start flying between her mom and Mike, the neighbor. They start dating and spending more time together, leaving Mindy feeling left behind. Meanwhile, there is a new girl in school. Her name is Hazel, she is a wheelchair user and she also loves dogs! She is super nice and the other girls really like her. However, Mindy feels like she's trying to replace her and reacts in not nice ways. She tries to exclude her, but the other girls make an executive decision and let Hazel in PAWS. Big changes are happening and Mindy feels terrible about everything! Will it all work out in the end? Read it to find out!
