Jak vycvičit draka je moje srdcová záležitost, co se filmové série týče, takže když přišla volba na audio, bylo to poměrně jasné. Knižní předlohu jsem četla jako malá a toto byl příjemný návrat - je to správně praštěné, vtipné a plné akce, jak jen middle grade má být. Bezzubka mě i v téhle podobě děsně baví.

Audiozpracování taky super, Novotný mění hlasy podle de facto každé postavy, jen dospělí pak trochu splývali - a pořád mě mrzí ten novější překlad, kde jdou jména oproti původnímu mimo film.

This book is nothing like the movie, which is what I was expecting going into this.
Also I'm clearly not the target audience with all the gross jokes and descriptions.
I only fairly enjoyed myself consuming this story because of the absolutely amazing audiobook, which is narrated by David Tennant!!

this was really unexpected- i only knew the movie and went into that book expecting it to have the same plot- it doesn‘t. I still enjoyed the book! toothless has serious draco fanfic vibes and i was so here for it!

I really wasn't imprrssed by this book. perhaps it was because I saw the movie first, I don't know. Number one reason I didn't like it is because Toothless the side kick that is supposed to help out and and is just a punk through the entirety of the story. Yes at the end he is somewhat of a "hero" but is still just a cowardly punk.

Vuelvo a la saga con muchos años más pero el mismo amor a los personajes y al mundo, ahora con la colección completa así que la voy a poder leer entera. No veo la hora de seguir a Hipo hasta la última página :)

Es la tercera vez que estoy haciendo la review. Pueden imaginar dónde tengo la paciencia.
Primero que nada que es el segundo libro que leo en inglés y estoy muy orgullosa de mí. Mi nivel de inglés es bastante alto pero nunca me había animado a leer nada en este idioma, y no sé por qué. La verdad es que se me hace bastante fácil, y apenas terminé este libro empecé otro también en inglés. En fin.

Quería leer este libro porque amo la película. Lo empecé con unas expectativas que pronto fueron superadas. Sabía que no tenía nada que ver con su adaptación, así que pensé que iba a ser peor. Pero la verdad es que estuvo en el mismo nivel, fue otra cosa completamente distinta.
Es super atrapante, desde los personajes hasta la historia. Todo era una sorpresa. Es un libro tierno, porque es infantil, pero tiene sus cosas que lo hacen apto para todo público.
Lo recomiendo totalmente si quieren ampliar el mundo de Cómo entrenar a tu dragón. 100%. Leanlo. Ya.

It's the third time I'm doing this review. You can imagine where my patience is.
First of all, this is the second book I read in english and I'm so proud of me. My english level is quite high but I've never pushed myself to read something in this language before, and I don't know why. The truth is that it's pretty easy for me, and as soon as I finished this book I started another one, also in english. Anyways.

I wanted to read this book because I love the film. I started reading wishing it to be a great book, and it was. I knew it had nothing to do with the film, so I thought it would be worse. But the truth is that it was on the same level, it was a completely different thing.
It really inmerses you in the story and the characters. Everything was a surprise. It's a cute book, because it's for kids, but it has its things that make it suitable for all ages.
I highly recommend it, specially if you want to make the world of HTTYD wider. 100%. Read it. Now.
