It was a little slower than the first book but overall it was really good. I loved seeing everything unfold.

Ah, a satisfying ending to a good series. While I enjoyed The Program a little more than its sequel, The Treatment still delivers on action, characters, and overall premise.

Before I go on, I need to get this off my chest. If you're not a fan of all-caps-rage-fests, you may want to scroll down:

REALM YOU DISGUSTING HUMAN BEING YOU DONT DESERVE TO HAVE SOMEONE LIKE SLOANE OR ANYONE FOR THAT MATTER LOVE YOU BECAUSE YOU ARE A LYING MANIPULATIVE SELFISH CHILD WHO DESTROYS EVERYTHING HE TOUCHES YOU NEED A TIME OUT

There. I'm better.

I would have rather done without the petty love polygon, but that's really my only issue with this book. Otherwise, it's a great read. I recommend this series for anyone who likes their dystopia laced with a well-written teen romance.

Excellent follow to 'The Program' was a quick read, but good for older YA as the topic mainly spoke of suicide, depression, and more 'adult' relationships.

I read this book immediately after I finished The Program. The Program was in my opinion AMAZING, I totally loved it. The concept drew me in from the first page. So I was very curious about the sequel. However, I'm not as blown away as I was with the first book. This book was in my opinion a bit predictable, even though there was a lot going on. The love story between James and Sloane became a bit too sweet, and I felt sorry for Realm, because he's such a cutie.

ehh. As much as I wanted this to be the 5 star book the first one was, it left me alittle mehh. It was good just had a slow middle. I honestly feel like this could very well be a stand alone. I very rarely ever think that about a series book. It has to be able to inform me of past events without pissing me by going over every freaking detail, like hello I read the other book. But Suzanne did an amazing job of supplying that info without over killing it :)

Its been about a year since I read the first one so it took me a few pages to remember everyone.

I feel like something major was supposed to happen but never did. The ending was a nice little bow effect so no chance of another.

overall a good read, definitely a must to finish the series but dont expect the 5 star rating the first one deserved.

I had hoped this would be a trilogy. I enjoyed this series so much!

This book was good. There was closure at the end for me. I am not going to read anymore in the series however seeing how the other books have different main characters.
