I really loved this book....short,sweet, and a pick-me-upper :D
However I gave this book 4 stars because according to me, the ending was bittersweet..I wanted to know what would happen after he left...did they meet up in Boston? What about her dad? I believe so that these things happened...but it would be nice to have some sort of epilogue..but deep down inside...I know it was the perfect ending..something to hope for...something to be always thought about...the mystery of their happily ever after...:)

After reading The Statistical Probability of Love at First Sight and loving it so much, I had to pick this one up when it came out. I love how Ms Smith comes up with adorable love stories from the most unusual experiences! After reading this one, I can call Ms Smith my all time favorite contemporary author!

This book was adorable (and the most unrealistic thing ever, but I can hope, right?!)! Everything about it was so cute and likeable. I really liked how the emails between the characters were incorporated as well as there being alternating POVs. It made the book different from many contemporaries.

The characters were great, too. Ellie was filled with sarcasm and witty remarks, making me love her. Graham was just...Graham. He was amazing. Quinn was a great best friend, and I can totally see how her and Ellie get along so well. I didn't really like Ellie's mom very much because I felt like she was almost blaming Ellie for her past mistakes.

The romance was sweet and perfect for summer. But I also liked how there was a little tiny bit of family drama to keep the story from being totally cheesey. Overall, it was a quick, light, perfect-for-summer read!

Actual rating: 3.5

This book just wasn’t for me unfortunately. I found myself skimming through the pages to finish it in the end. Think this would be perfect for a pre teen age range. It’s everything it’s described to be just didn’t interest me.

As soon as I finished this book I gave it four stars because I thought it was a cute and refreshing read in a sea of dystopian novels, but as I tried to write a review for it, I couldn't think of anything that made this book amazing, so three stars it is.

My favorite part of the novel are the e-mails at the beginning of the book. That being said, I had a problem with them too. They were e-mailing back and forth for three months (if I'm remembering right, I finished this book days before writing this) and we only got to see a couple. I personally feel like including more of their earlier conversations would have better shown why they had such a deep connection. I liked the characters, but I never found myself truly connecting with them because of this.

The book had a couple twists that I didn't exactly see coming, but overall it felt pretty anti-climactic. The last couple of chapters were really good, but I wasn't satisfied with the conclusion. I understand leaving an ending open, but it almost felt incomplete.

This was a well written, character driven mushy, girly read perfect for this hot July weather. The only reason for my low rating is that it wasn't particularly to my taste, nothing to do with the book itself.

adorable

Sometimes I like to think things just happen, and that just for a moment everythinf can be good.

More like 3.5 stars. It was a quick and easy read. It was cute enough and turned out better than I thought it would at the beginning but it wasn't anything really spectacular.

What a nice book. Boy and girl fall in love over the Internet, meet, of course have issues, then fall back in love again. Such a sweet YA book that had no drugs, alcohol, or cutting. What a treat.
