This book literally KO'ed me, twisted my little dark heart, and trampled all over it.
MK is probably the luckiest girl (fictionally) alive. Archer is a delicious bundle of grumpy fury. Steel is the constant lethal smirk. And Kody, oh Kody, my sweet, cheeky prince. I loved how their relationships all progressed at a different pace with MK and that it was totally okay for her to love them differently. Why-choose novels often force the MC to equally split her affections between their love interests. But thankfully MK can have all the angst and all the boys.
Oh- and the voice actors in the audiobook absolutely killed this, I think I swooned over Lucas Webley's every word.

Ok I picked this book up, finished it, and started book 2 all in the same day. From the get go, I was HOOKED. And that cliffhanger??
Talk about a slow burn. But that tension is PERFECTION
For how horny this book was, it was surprisingly not very spicy
Overall, I super enjoyed this book and am excited to continue the series!

Pretty exciting, I like the guys. Hoping there's some hidden talent or big reveal about our FMC. Right now her superpower seems to be that she's 'really hot.' I feel optimistic that the series will improve, just based on the massive amount of recommendations and positive reviews this series gets.

Omg this was good. I am not that into straight romance anymore just hasn't done anything for me in years. This I heard about thanks to a vlog by Steph Loves on YouTube watched recently she made last year. Her thoughts had me so intrigued I got all 4 physical books. Gotta say this is better I thought would be.
Madison Kate MK to her friends was framed 11 months earlier after someone killed a woman passing as her earlier on riot night. Her dad wouldn't help her out made an example of her but she didn't do what was said. No one came forward that was with her that night either.
Been 11 months 3 in jail and 8 with her aunt away. Now she back and she's full of hate and revenge for that night. Her dad is a horrible person I think way he is. He has also remarried and sends someone get her instead of waiting til she gets back to the house he leaves with new girlfriend on cruise.
Turns out her house mates are the 3 guys from riot night. Steele, Kody, and Archer. Turns out her dad gave them place to live especially with Archer step mom being her soon be step mom too.
MK is not happy and she's constantly rebelling against things. Though think one thing was little too far what she did to Archer. She's been convinced for years that certain person killed her mom, but that's turned upside down on anniversary of riot night. She refuses believe it though and takes off but doesn't go how she thought would. After all she got a stalker.
I can't wait read book 2 and see how things go because wow the ending was insane.

What the hell did I just read. The writing and tension kept me hooked: At no point did I have any idea where this was going and I’m still not convinced that I know who to trust.
