I am NOT a romance lover, so all the romance and detailed pages about the characters’ kisses and sexual encounters was not for me. I absolutely understand the necessity for it in this book, but it was a bit much for my taste. Never fear though, because Ms. Hoover made up for it in the last third of the book packing it with action, heart breaking discoveries, and tough decisions. I thoroughly enjoyed it and intend to read the sequel.

good start, went downhill after he basically lied to her face and she just accepted it bc he’s hot

Started out good, but got way too emotional way too quickly, and I just didn't believe it. A nice female lead though, she impressed me.

Really, really loved this book! I read it in 3 hours one morning, neglecting to study because I was distracted.

What I loved was there were plenty of twists within the story that made it interesting and the reader want to keep reading. I'm looking forward to reading "Losing Hope" the next book in the series.

My previous review stands. A great book!

The first time I read this book I rated it 5 stars and it was on my favorites list. After the 2nd read I didn’t love it. I have been a Colleen Hoover fan for a long time, but I’m starting to get irritated with the severe lack of diversity in her books. I honestly need a break, and I don’t think she is one of my favorite authors anymore. I am finding it quite ridiculous at this point, and there are a lot of authors with the same problem.
