Hoover never seems to amaze me more. I couldn't keep the book down and finished it whole at a time 😁
Sensual romance and a strong story as always 👌

This book was just OK. It reads like a YA novel but addresses some very intense and terribly sad topics (trigger warnings, absolutely). There were some twists that kept me reading. I didn’t really like Holder, even though he’s a good guy. Him and Sky’s relationship gave me the ick. Also, I felt like Breckin and Six fell off the face of the planet in this book, never to be heard from again after about half way through. Idk, maybe I need to take a break from CH. This one fell a little short for me compared to her other books.
This book started out SLOW, imo. I still give it a solid 5 stars because the second half really made up for it. Such a heart wrenching and incredible story. Colleen Hoover does it again!
I try to stir away from books that has this kind of storyline but this was highly recommended and I did not expect it to be exactly like that. :( So I ended up crying in Ronald's arms again and when he asked me how the book went, I was sad to tell him what went on. It's revelation to revaluation and twist to twist to twist which is how I like my books to be but when I was nearing the end I almost didn't want to push through because ugh. I hate those kind of things. Hay.
I think I became an instant Colleen Hoover fan. I know this is not her first book but I know I'll be onto her other works in no time.
Ugh. I love this. :@

“The only thing that matters to me with you are the forevers.”
Sky meets Holder by chance…or was it fate? Both have their own reputations, but they’re drawn together nonetheless. Sky finds herself unable to fight her attraction to Holder even though he is keeping secrets from her that will wreck her world.
I’ve learned at this point to go into CoHo books ready for devastating twists and Hopeless was no different. This story was hard to swallow, but thank goodness for Holder keeping us together as we fell apart with Sky.
Be sure to call out of work when you start this one because you won’t want to put it down!

I really enjoyed this. Yes it was romance but it was also focused on emotional healing and trauma.
the first half of the book was very good, but the later half wasn't as convincing....
