Good spice, characters and decent plot which is usually missing in these kinds of books.

I found the story to be fun, even if it was a bit predictable. The last part of the book was definitely the most interesting and where most of the action happened. Most of my issues were with how cringey some of the dialogue was (coming from someone who is very cringey), and it felt like the spice was drug out a little too much for me. I do love a mafia romance though!

That was awesome 🤩
JT Geissinger is the best for writing plots you don’t see coming.

Kade is the epitome of a mafia boss. Tall, big, captivating…
And he speaks straight from the heart as much as filthy thoughts as loving ones.
I flushed so many time.
Nat is resilient. She’s been through the mourning of her disappeared fiancé. She’s been turning upside down by Kade. Because she didn’t see him coming with his heart on his hand and his sharp frank tongue.

Sloane really deserved her own book, she is the queen of banter and don’t take shit from men. I love her SO MUCH.
“Being with a man twenty-four hours a day is exhausting” I fell ya sister.

The audiobook is narrated by Brooke Daniels, Troy Duran and Michelle Sparks
It is a brilliant duet. Troy’s voice is perfect to embody a mafia boss.

chap 27  is the best spÇŽnking session I’ve ever read 🥵

 4.5 smutty stars

JT Geissinger is one of my go to mafia authors and I love it. From the start this book had me locked in. With the BDSM, possessiveness, anti-hero with a lot of secrets. It was all around great. The relationship between Natalia and Kate is addicting. From meeting in the bar on a night out with her girlfriend to the end has me wanting more. I can’t wait to read Sloane’s story!

This book felt like it was nothing but smut for the first 75% of it. I loved the smut don’t get me wrong, but it kind of dragged. The last bit was good though! Also everything Kage said to Natalie had me weak in the knees. I was ready to risk it all for that man.
I’m so excited to read Sloane’s story hehe
