I love a good retelling, and Twelfth Knight delivered a fun one with some sharp commentary on what it is like for women in the gaming and fandom world. It definitely leaned a little too heavy on the preachy side at times, but I still really appreciated Viola’s character and how she navigated those challenges.

The whole thing was cute, quick, and easy to read. Perfect for when you want something light but still thoughtful. It had enough charm to keep me hooked and enough heart to make me root for the characters the whole way through.
