Gluttony Bay left me a bit dissatisfied. The stakes in the conflict have grown a lot over the course of the Sin du Jour series, which makes sense, but I found myself really missing the quippy one-liners and character interactions that made this series so much fun. I'm a little on the fence about finishing the series as it seems like the things that drew me to these books in the first place have largely disappeared.
