2.5 ⭐️s - this book was basically a mash up of the little mermaid and pirates of the Caribbean. There was just like.. almost too much going on. And so much cringy corny shit. I thought it was gonna be darker but I didn't really find it that dark. I will say that I do enjoy this authors writing, the smut scenes are at least all different. Overall tho, meh lol.

I am obsessed! An amazing retelling of the Little Mermaid (the real one, not Disney) and I loved the touch of other mythical creatures like vampires and the undead. Great smut as well, and the dialogue between the FMC and MMC was perfection.

I really loved the book. The different idea of a different little mermaid re-telling . The plot was really interesting. I loved the changes to the story and the relation ship changes between The pirate and the mermaid were really well played out. The only one thing i would say is sometimes the language can be a touch vulgar but it's to be expected when your dealing with spicy monsters.
