I absolutely loved the format for Indulge with Me! It was a combination of short stories that followed a number of the couples in Kristen Proby's With Me in Seattle series, allowing us the opportunity to catch up with the whole Montgomery family. The backdrop had them hosting dinner parties that brought together the family. But the uniqueness of Indulge with Me was that interspersed with the parties, we got the recipes for the food at these parties!

Now, I love to cook, so I was anxious to try out a few of these recipes. I already made two of them, and they were a HUGE success at my crazy family's Sunday night dinner (there are typically 12 or so of us). My brother tried one of the Antipasto Cups, moaned, and grabbed another one. He grabbed a few more when I wasn't looking! And my sister devoured three of the Spinach and Artichoke Rolls, which is not typical of her at all!

I will definitely reread these short stories, as this crazy family is one of my favorites to read about, and I will continue to try out a few more of the recipes!

This is a quick catch up with five of the couples and the extended family in the With Me in Seattle series. Along with recipes for the food and drink consumed. And I did enjoy it, it just wasn't really what I was expecting. But anyone who loves the series and loves to cook will really enjoy this book.

New With Me in Seattle Stories!

A new book with the Montgomery/Williams clan, yes please!!
6 new stories of our favourite families that gives us glimpse into their lives after the happy ever afters and fun recipes to go with each story as well.
I absolutely loved seeing old favourites again, it was like no time had passed from the last Seattle book. It was like catching up with old friends.

I LOVE when we get to revisit our favorite Montgomery clan and this book was no exception; in fact, how can you possibly go wrong with this amazing family and equally amazing recipes.... you can't! This was a collection of short stories that had me laughing and crying which seems to be the norm when reading anything and everything about this family.
