Okay so hello emotional rollercoaster! Okay so everything was cutesy or whatever and then Beau up and died and then they had their third act break up and Dean got his life back together again??? And just when everything is back to normal... TUCKER AND SABRINA ARE HAVING A BABY????????? IM SO CONFUSED WHAT THE HELL??!!!

Anyways this one was hella cutesy and I adored seeing Logan and Grace and Garret and Hannah with each other and actually hanging out. I thought it was kinda interesting how this book is only set one week after the second book ended. Anyways now I'm like super scared for the next book because WHAT.

ahh this one was so good, and it rivals The Deal as my fav in this series so far. I loved hearing their banter, even if Dean was little pushy at times. also, there were some plot points that genuinely caught me off guard,
pour one out for my man Beau :(
but that wasn’t necessarily bad. I particularly liked the plane ticket call back in the end.

The Score did the unthinkable; it replaced The Deal as the best book in this series (which I thought would be damn near impossible). It's the kind of book that you think about long after it's over and you're tempted to reread it over and over again.

Dean & Allie are *chef's kiss* the BEST. I love when two characters main goals are discovering who they are individually and once paired up, they're an unstoppable force. Garrett and Hannah are like that, which is probably why I prefer The Deal & The Score as opposed to The Mistake (sorry Logan) and The Goal (NOT SORRY). Dean, for all of his honesty, is one of the most misunderstood characters in the universe and I liked that Allie took the time to get to know the real him and he let her, all while finding himself. Allie was just as fun as she was as a side character in the Deal, but reading about her career was so heartwarming and she parallels Dean in a way because she doesn't want to be type casted in the acting world, much like Dean is already in their world.

It doesn't hurt that I am a sucker for the secret relationship trope and theirs was again *chef's kiss*. When they go to Malone's and are texting under the radar, DEAR GOD. Honestly, anything and everything about this book is perfect. Excuse me while I go reread it.

*Listen to Beige by Yoke Lore when you read it. It's (sorry to do this again) *chef's kiss*
