I do wish this book resolved itself a little more cleanly — I found that I wanted more from the Forgiveness Festival, not just an airing of sins followed by a list of names. I wanted more of a gut punch. The plot seemed to be building to a really nasty conclusion, and I felt there wasn’t much of a payoff.
