This one was my least favorite of the 3 part series. The characters were dry and annoying sometimes. Then suddenly they're a couple. Meh

My least favourite of the series, it wasn't believable that these two would fall in love... And then they did and it was over.

I'd say this one is 3.5 stars if rounded up! It was cute, but the guy main characters in Books 2 and 3 were both so awkward, which is so weird considering Nick from Book 1 wasn't. It was still a cute holiday story, though. It held my attention, and I liked this one a little more than the 2nd book. Declan was more grouchy than anything, but there were still some awkward parts when it came to him and Holly and their romance. Book 1 was definitely the best of the 3, in my opinion, but they all had their good parts. Worth the read to get in the holiday spirit.

Top tier Hallmark Christmas movie vibes with just enough tension and spice to make it more interesting. I loved the banter, the pranks, the family members and friends, and Holly & Declan were so fun to get to know. I really liked how things unraveled and turned out.

It’s cozy, it’s cute, it’s a little bit spicy, and I’m adding it to my winter/holiday book list immediately.

Now I need to read the other books in this series and get to know the rest of the Winters family!!

Really enjoyed this audiobook, it was very cute and perfect for this time of the year. Loved how their relationship evolved and how they acted towards eachother.

Along Came Holly was a cute christmassy romcom and my first read by avoid Hall. There wasn’t really anything I specifically didn’t like about the book, I just struggled a bit to get into the dialogue and found certain parts of the book lagged and could have been shorter. I’ve heard her other Christmas themed books in this standalone “world” are super cute and might still check them out.

I found myself laughing a lot at all the christmassy names… they live in Mistletoe and there is a Holly, Merry, Chris, Nick, Noel, etc. just a bunch of perfectly themed character names haha.

Thank you Codi Hall, Sourcebook Casablanca and NetGalley for the arc! It was a fun book that has me closer to my upcoming holiday spirit.

Thank you Sourcebooks Casablanca for the advance copy!

Along Came Holly by Codi Hall was an anticipated read for me since I have read both Nick & Noel Christmas Playlist and There’s Something About Merry. I stalked NetGalley until it became available. I wanted to read it so bad.

Holly and Declan were featured in both books bickering as enemies do. Maybe I overhyped it in my head but I was a little let down. It’s a fun holiday story but fell a little flat.

Read if you love:
• enemies to lovers
• holiday cheer
• Christmas Elf vs The Grinch
