Another great book as part of the romantic escapes. I was lucky enough to travel to Ireland and this reminded me of many fond memories. I could picture all the green rolling hills and trees. A beautiful place to explore.
This was a cute story. I loved the setting and liked the characters. At times I wished there was a little more happening, I felt the story dragged. I will definitely read another book by this author.

Loved this story!
I read this for my Ireland trip and it made the whole experience SO magical.
This is a cozy, romantic and fun book to pick up any time. If you loved the movie Leap Year: this might be right up your alley!
The characters are diverse and feel adorably real and the setting is absolutely wonderful. I wish I could teleport to it and stay for a while.
Picture: Ireland by the end of the summer, in sweet, little cottages by the seaside and with the ocassional road trip to a beautiful town like Dingle. Cooking, friendship and romance combine in a perfect mix to create a beautiful story.
Super dreamy in a falling-in-love-with-the-simple-things-in-life type of way and a perfect mood-lifter whenever you need a pick-me up!

I've read every book in Julie's Romantic Escapes series, and these are aptly named! I read them when I need a fun, lighthearted, escape from life. They are easy to finish in a day or across a weekend and always leave me with a sense of hope.
This is one of my favorites! I love the layered interactions between Hannah and Conor. It feels like just as Hannah is learning more about her surroundings every day, she is also learning more about herself. The woman she starts out as at the beginning of the novel and the woman she becomes by the end of the novel, help you cheer for her throughout.
Would recommend this to a friend!

I have received this ARC from NetGalley in exchange for an honest review.
The Cosy Cottage in Ireland definitely makes me want to visit Ireland as soon as possible. Seriously, I would drop everything like a hot potato and fly there right now if I could. Unfortunately, I need to work in order to make money so I can one day travel. Ugh.
In this, you will meet Hannah and Conor. She, like me, needs a break from her job. An unexpected sabbatical gets her to take a completely random trip to Ireland. While there, she decides to take a cookery course for 6 weeks. Mostly because this girl doesn't know how to cook and figured it was high time to learn this delicious skill.
The chemistry between these two was freaking amazing. I loved everything about them after they first met one another. He's the mysterious and handsome guy that might make this trip to Ireland a lot more fun.
In the end, I devoured this book so quickly. I really enjoyed everything about this and can't wait to read the other books within the romantic escapes series.
