Fascinating book about the science behind how people actually change their minds (as opposed to how people usually try to get others to change their minds). Balanced well with real life stories and examples that take the technical language and put it into practice in comprehensible ways. The middle third was definitely the most dense and where I struggled a bit. Overall definitely worthwhile.
Moderate: Homophobia, Religious bigotry, and Abortion
Minor: Racism, Transphobia, and War
