Pining for the best friends for years is not my favourite trope, but luckily in this novella the autor spared us all the past heartbreak.
I found Miller's POV very well written: his love for his best friend, all the pain, the decision to move on after their trip. It was Brody's POV that didn't really enthralled me, he was too suddenly into Miller and I didn't really get why he felt attracted to him: there was nothing new between them, they've already shared a bed in the past, they've seen each other very undressed, Brody's always touched and hugged Miller. So, what changed?

Anyway, a nice low angst story I recommend to read.
