Mariko Tamaki ne me déçoit jamais. Cette fois on part à la rencontre de Mandy, fille de la super héroïne Starfire. Mandy par contre n'a pas de pouvoirs et est assez soûlée par toutes ces histoires d'avenir et d'université.
J'ai bien aimé le déroulement de l'histoire même si j'aurais aimé voir un peu plus de dialogue à la fin car il reste des questions sans réponse....

Mandy is an interesting character, a little hard to like at times, but she felt like a real teenager. I had a lot of sympathy for her being overshadowed by Starfire, and her relationships with Linc and Claire were well done.

I would be giving a better review, but the ending was a huge disappointment. None of her issues were actually dealt with. I thought she was going to learn to value herself without powers, but she just randomly developed them at a convenient time and it solved everything. Felt really cheap.

Very sweet and full of heart. I missed the titans and this kind of superhero story.

Shout out to the artist for showing nightwings perfect ass multiple times for the sake of it
