— not only were my expectations astronomically high, but they were EXCEEDED.
i figured out the plot twist about five sentences before it happened and i’m still so shocked that i’ve been staring at my bedroom wall for the past ten 10 minutes.
what a wonderful thriller, i’m so excited to read the maidens next!

WOW. omg this is one of those books that takes so many turns and it is so unpredictable. it’s genuinely a rollercoaster up until the last 10% when the little details come together to form an absolutely MIND BLOWING conclusion. amazing.

The best I’ve read this year. Once I started it I couldn’t put it down and I never would have guessed the ending.

Not my typical genre of choice, but it held me entertained. I won’t say I was shocked by the ending, but maybe that’s why this genre isn’t my favorite- I’m horribly great at predicting endings for both books and movies. That doesn’t mean I didn’t enjoy the writing!
