This seems to be a theme when I read R. L. Kenderson books but I could t put this book down and I read it in a little under 3 hours!!!

Travis is a man every man should be IRL! He doesn’t judge a woman based on her weight, lifestyle choices, and he’s not all about appearances and the outer fleshsuit. He cares about the kind of person you are. Oh and he’s a badass personal trainer, model, and has respect for romance and indie authors! What more do you need in a man?

Sydney has the kind of confidence and attitude I wish I had. She loves her body and accepts who she is. She’s a badass woman who is living her dream life!

These two together is beautiful and I’m here for it!!!

OMG! This book was so hilarious I don't even know where to start. Definitely don't read it in public or you'll get a lot of dirty looks for laughing like a crazy person. Sydney was still finding her way in the author world and would on occasion do book signing events and network. Sydney took her bestie Harper with her to work as her assistant at the event, and the hilarity ensued when they met Travis. Travis was a model helping his friend Angela at the same event and thought Sydney was cute. Sydney had a few embarrassing drool worthy moments over Travis in the beginning. I about died laughing when Travis walked in on Sydney with Tripp and what happened after. Christy really did a number on Travis and it colored all of his interactions with Sydney which led to the huge fight. Thankfully his sister Lynn was able to help him see that Sydney was nothing like Christy and that she deserved another chance. Harper was an amazing friend to Sydney when she really needed her, and when she wasn't causing her own mayhem. I thought it was sweet how the ending mirrored Sydney's in The One That Got Away with a better ending.

'I received an ARC of this book and voluntarily reviewed it.'

An author meets a cover model at a book signing, and falls in lust. The book follows their relationship through a series of ups and downs. I laughed out loud and cried in different parts. Easy read, and one I'd definitely recommend!

I absolutely loved this book! Sydney is an author who meets Travis, a model for book covers, at a book signing. He's the model for one of her colleague's books and she is immediately drawn to him. However, she believes that he is out of her league so she automatically puts him in the "unattainable" category. I really liked this book because a lot of us wonder what goes through an author's mind when they are writing and using models they've met for their book covers. This book, even though it's 100% fiction, gives us a unique insight into the thoughts and actions behind the books. It's a definite "could happen" scenario and that's part of what makes it so good! We get to imagine this happening to us or people we know and it's not so far fetched. Plus Sydney is a character we can relate to and definitely feel connected to. This book definitely drew me in and made me tear up a little as well as had me laughing. I loved it! I can't wait for more from this author. 5 stars and 2 thumbs way way up.
