I am slowly warming to this run. At least Spencer doesn't steal punchlines like the last volume. And Ottley is back for the first three issues/story. Wonderful art. It is a Jameson centric story with some deep cuts that was funny and heartfelt. The 2nd story was about Aunt May moving forward and setting up the big Hunted arc.

While this comic is okay, I'm still struggling to find a real interesting connection in Spencer's books. The Kingpin story line dips in and out and disappears for long stretches of time, even though I find him to be the most interesting aspect of the story, while suddenly Aunt May is a playgirl who's been with lots of different men? I'm confused.

I am still absolutely loving ASM these days - Nick Spencer is one hell of a writer and who doesn't love Arcade? Scorpion! Kraven! Good stuff.
Great art, good plotting and pacing.
Can't wait to see what Spencer does next.

I was vibing with this one until the halfway point, where the art style changed and I had no idea what was going on.
