OMG Kal and his cohorts are hysterically funny and true fish out of water!! When Kal secretly signs them up for a Galactic Brides (and Grooms) voyage to Earth, they are uploaded with the weirdest of programming. Think stripper movies, dance movies and other randomness! Once they get over the shock the other boys go with it but none of them have any intention of getting a mate, they just want a vacation!

With their new "earth" names - again those damn stripper movies LOL! Kal now known as Spark, and the boys land in Vegas and do their best to blend in. Enter Carrie. She is the token family bridesmaid at her socialite cousins wedding. She's rather be anywhere else and the groomsman she has been paired with giver her the willies! One look and Kal is in love but his wooing leaves a lot to the imagination!

Take adventurous aliens, new found love, a kidnapping attempt and a truly bridezillafied bachelorette weekend and you have a marvellous romp! Carrie is the epitome of put upon cousin and her reaction to Kal's mating routine is hilarious! Kal and boys will tug your heartstrings as even big bad Sev is just so innocent when it comes to earth!

A great start to a new lighthearted series with some serious thrown in to pace the story. I'm anxious to see how the cousins fare and what women catch their eye and spin their libido.

This a romance novella Michelle M. Pillow style. Super sexy and detailed. Spark (Kal) meets Carrie while she is on a bachelorette weekend. A happy distraction from the wedding party festivities. This book is short and easy to read or listen to. I like Carrie and the setting of Las Vegas. I need to meet one of this Aliens. This would a great short read for you steamy romance lovers.

funny lighthearted fast-paced
Strong character development: No
Loveable characters: Yes
Diverse cast of characters: No

This was OK. My favorite parts were the interactions between Carrie and Kal/Spark, with him misunderstanding the ways of the humans. I could have used a lot more of that and less of Carrie's cartoonishly mean cousin and friends.

I dont why I read this. It was pretty terrible

Stuffing an entire romance arc into a novella is a huge challenge, one that "Spark" did not succeed at. The chemistry between Kal ("Spark") and Carrie was thin and forced. Instead of spending too much time making Kal look like an idiot and on Carrie's bridezilla cousin, the word count should've made more room for the H/H to bond.
