King reins himself in and writes a story with a suitable length to the idea. A neat survival tale which he ties in to his other favorite pasttime of baseball, all the pieces work well with this one.
Dipping my toes slowly into Stephen king and this was such a good one! I loved every part of it though I did often skim through the baseball portions of it.

I surprisingly really enjoyed is book and this book is probably one of my favourite Stephen King books. I think people who like the twisted ones by T. Kingfisher may like is book. This book given me the chills and goose bumps while reading and the cover of book was ugly. The writing was okay and the atmosphere was pretty good also I like the ending but I feel it was bit rush. The paced of plot was well structured and this book was steady paced but the ending was rush. I like the characters but I feel at they needed to flash out bit more
