this book was a refreshing and honest look at how our views on life, dating, relationships, aging, and just being in general changes and grows as we do. I really enjoyed the relatability of the author and the way she was open about her story, not hiding the less than beautiful things. It was amazing to see how the author took her story to a place of self love and self discovery rather than a dependence on a mate. It was a blessing to be reminded that romantic love isn’t the only kind of love that’s out there. When I first started the book I was a little nervous about where it was headed, but really appreciated the way it ended.

So honest and reflective on the experiences of someone in their teens/ twenties. I think every woman in their 20s should read this

I laughed, cringed, and cried. Such a good book that every woman should read at least once. I loved the honest portrayal of friendship, family and hardships! Read this with my book club and we had such a fun and honest conversation. It was interesting to see all the different interpretations and experiences while reading it!
