I liked Girl, Wash Your Face more but still a good empowering book with some good tips.
inspiring
medium-paced
I absolutely loved this book until she started talking about diets. Very disappointed in the rhetoric of "you're not hungry; you're just thirsty" and the like.
Moderate: Eating disorder
Overall I enjoyed Girl Wash Your Face and Girl Stop Apologizing, though found the last hour or so of each audiobook pretty disappointing
Read in Audio.
Okay in general, and inspiring.
The chapters I found most useful is the following:
The map strategy for your goal and dream;
The confrontation of receiving helps from others to support her pursuing her dream;
The importance of representation matters.

I didn’t love Girl Wash Your Face, but I received it and Girl Stop Apologizing as a gift. I felt like it was a giant brag fest the entire time. I’m only 1 chapter in to Stop Apologizing and it’s the same thing. I’m done. I can’t read anymore of this.....
I started skimming by the end. Same stuff that is in many other self help books. If I had to read "you guys, blah blah blah" one more time I was going to throw the book through a window.
I was lucky enough to get an advanced reader copy of this book. Reading this book feels like you are sitting down having a conversation with a good friend. Being a Rachel Hollis fan this is repetitive and you can probably just read her first book.
