"That being said, the first half? A bit tedious. The conversational style, while insightful, sometimes meanders like a council meeting where everyone enjoys hearing themselves speak. I much preferred the latter portion, where Chomsky abandons dialogue and simply presents the facts, the history, and the brutal logic of power. When he writes plainly, he is at his strongest."
