This graphic novel was the cutest.
It's a perfect GN to read in the Fall, with cute characters and cozy vibes.
Loved Garlic and Carrot!

possibly the cutest little graphic novel ive ever seen, the most wholesome thing i've read all year, + very reminiscent of over the garden wall. I only wish I'd come across this in the autumn instead of the dead of summer.

This was our children’s book club pic for the month and the reviews were two thumbs up all across the board. One kid even said it should be a Caldicott book because the art was just so beautiful when I asked the kids what they thought the moral of the story was here’s what they said:

Never giving up on a friend.

Not judging a book by the cover.

Don’t give up even if you’re afraid. And don’t judge someone until you get to know them.

Don’t be so hard on yourself.

Be brave. Never quit.

Ah yes, the little queer vegetable people living with a witch and encountering a vampire. Nice, nice.
