I really loved the prep ideas in this book. The recipes were easy to follow and easy to tweak, if I needed to make substitutions. I got a lot of great ideas and new things to try!

I saved some recipes for later.

Didn't love a lot of the recipes -- but the tips in the beginning are very worthwhile if trying healthy meal prepping for the first time

I really wanted to love this cookbook. It is a great resource. The meal plans are great. There are a variety of recipes however I am not very adventurous in the kitchen. I am cautious when trying new recipes when there are ingredients that particularly are not my favorites. The vast majority of the recipes in this book contain ingredients I don’t care for. So had there been more traditional recipes included I would have given it a higher rating. That being said I did fine a few that were delicious. The Crab Stuffed Flounder, Slow-cooker Tuscan Chicken, Mediterranean Turkey Burgers, Beef-Mushroom Meatballs and Mason Jar Key Lime Parfaits.

I'm a little late to the meal prepping game, but I was able to get up to speed with this informative and easy book. Besides recipes there is a great intro that breaks down different diets, as well as shopping and prepping tips. From weight loss to muscle building to clean eating, there are a lot of options included. The recipes are great (granted I skipped over all the meat and fish chapters) and filled with great tips. At the top of each recipe are tabs for quick browsing that can alert the reader if the recipe in question is: gluten free, dairy free, vegan, vegetarian, or paleo. I haven't tried out too many of the recipes yet, and I've only done one solid week of meal prepping, but I really like the layout of this book and the advice it offers. I only wish there were more vegetarian options and a LOT more pictures. Overall though, a great starter guide to meal prepping. Hell a great cookbook!

-i liked the layout of this book, meal prep instructions all together in the front, recipes sorted by type in the rear.

-sadly only a handful of pictures in the whole book.
-and only a handful of recipes interested me.
