Definitely brief. Definitely gorgeous. Really enjoyed this piece for its exquisite language and compelling themes. Vuong's exploration of masculinity, intimacy, and language is captivating. I just wanted to sit and let his words envelope me forever.

I only wish that there was more body to this story. It reads like a collection of vignettes, and sometimes I ached for an inkling of direction––but that's just personal preference.
