I really enjoyed this story. The author mixes elements of horror, romance and ancient mythology to produce a captivating and well-written tale. The voices of the characters, particularly the main narrator, ring true to this reader's ear and it was easy to become immersed in the story.
At just 51 pages it was a quick read but I enjoy stories of this length and it was ideal.
And at the time of writing this, the story was available for free on Kindle Unlimited or just 99p! A steal! I thoroughly recommend it.
