Brilliant book, would be a brilliant book for all primary school kids to read. The only book I can think of also with an equally amazing film adaption.

I looooved this book. It's been a while since I read it, but I remember that it amazed me so much. I can't wait to re-read it, and to be taken away once again. Brilliant writing and excellent plot.

So Goodnight Mister Tom is one of my all time favourite films, I’ve lost count of the amount of times I’ve watched it...but I hadn’t read the book, until now.

Amazing! Very well written, you do picture the film but there’s bits added that are not in the film. A truly heartwarming story that brings a tear to your eye or an unconscious smile to your face on more than one occasion.
