I think that if I wasn't traveling in the middle of reading this it would have been a five-star book so it was more of situationally instead of anything to do with the ebook on why it wasn't a full five-stars. I loved the push and pull between Lola and TJ. Phoenix was an adorable little man and I loved how he was a part of the story and got to know all the found family as well as Lola. I adored how TJ's family took Lola in as one of their own from the start. TJ's little loves had me in a chokehold. It was so easy to fall into this story. I really enjoyed this author's writing and this will not be the last book I read from them by far. LOVED how the other books were set up with the friend group I am SAT for everyone and I'm excited to jump into Landon and Julianna's story next (my timing of reading this right before Only With You's release was accidental but perfect lol).

Surprise pregnancy trope does it for me every time.
They met one summer after high school graduation and don’t see each again until 2 years later in college. TJ’s dream has always been to work hard to get to the NBA. Lola tells him that he has a child, and his priorities are a little different now.

I really enjoyed this, but the one thing that had me fuming was his reaction to finding out he had a kid. He was extremely rude to her!!
Other than this, everything was cute between them. He was down bad.
Lola’s friends were sweet and a good support system for her.

If you're looking for your next secret baby, a lot of angst, college basketball romance, and a second chance book, then look no further! Be warned, the MMC- TJ does react very frustratingly to the news at first. My heart hurt for Lola, but he gets his act together! Overall, I pleasantly enjoyed this story and found myself breezing through this almost 500-page book. I enjoyed their story and come to find out I may love slow burns more than I thought. I can't wait to continue reading this series!

3.5, kinda boring

TJ & Lola

At first I found the length of the book to be daunting, but once I started I was hooked. I really loved this story and the group of characters. I’m excited to see who’s story is next. I’m hoping it’s Landon but have a feeling it will be Saint, which is just as well haha.

Not too bad, if you want a quick and easy read. The book definitely could have been over sooner though.

I loved this book. Such a heartfelt and beautiful story. I loved Lola and TJ together, and Phoenix was the most adorable sweet boy. Lola’s strength with all she had been through was admirable. She held her self together, and was the best mom she could be for Phoenix. I loved how supportive TJ was of both her and his son, and I loved how he helped Lola get her confidence back.
Loved this beautiful story, and I can’t wait to read the next book in the series
